Our packages are designed to be all inclusive for your convenience and tailored to your needs. Whatever your request, we want to say yes! When you plan your event with The Essence Event Center, it’s all about you. With several room rental options, we can accommodate a large gala on our main floor, an intimate private fete in one of our lounge spaces or a business meeting in our conference room.

Day of event staff will make each evolution of the event experience seamless. Our professionally trained crew of floor staff, bartenders, tech support, and venue managers will be there for every moment. Table linens, linen napkins, black chiavari chairs, reception tables, cocktail tables, and bar glassware are included in all packages as well.

Have we mentioned we like a good party?  Customizable screen visuals will show guests everything from presentations to seating assignments. From start to finish we have your sound, visual, and lighting needs covered. Just add the band or DJ and get ready to party the night away!
